Bill and Doris Steinberg are the Founders of Sonshine Ministries.

Bill is a successful businessman who has invested his wealth in the Lord's work. He got his start by working in his father's business as a teenager and began his own business in 1980. Through forty-five years of experience he has developed expertise in administration, purchasing, warehousing and sales. He also has experience in woodworking and served as the construction manager for Sonshine Apartments.

Doris has been involved in full-time ministry for thirty-five years. She was on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ for nine years, discipling students and staff. Then for eleven years she traveled full time, establishing Christian Women's Clubs and Christian Business and Professional Women's outreaches in new communities. The last twelve years, she and her husband, Bill, have served together as ministry directors for Sonshine Ministries.

The Steinbergs have devoted their lives to serving the Lord. They are both unsalaried "volunteers."
