Vision
A Prayer Summit Is....
a prolonged, four-day, life-changing worship experience attended by a diversity of Christian leaders from specific geographical communities whose singular purpose is to seek God, His Kingdom, and His righteousness with the expectation that He will create and guide them through a humbling, healing, uniting process which will lead them to a unity of heart, mind and mission, and will qualify them for the blessing of God!

More than 37,000 Christian leaders from numerous denominations around the globe have participated in Prayer Summits over the past 16 years. Many of these leaders have experienced greater depths of intimacy with the Lord and unity with one another as they have sought His face together. Locally, we have seen God's blessings overflow as a result of our past 9 Prayer Summits.

Annual Prayer Summits in Wisconsin are held for:
Who Should Attend

Participants are primarily pastors from eastern Wisconsin. Due to the group dynamics of this extended appointment with God, this particular summit is for men only. There are other summits for Women in Ministry Leadership and Pastors' Wives.

The Vision

The International Renewal Ministries (IRM) team "seeks individually greater intimacy with Christ, and corporately a visitation by the Spirit of God upon His people. The desire is that we serve as a catalyst for a unity in the body of Christ that will release the blessing of God. We further desire a fresh touch of God in heaven-sent revival upon the Church and its leadership, resulting in widespread evangelization of the lost, and leading to a change in society."

Why Four Days?

After leading over 1100 Prayer Summits during the past 16 years, IRM has learned that four days are necessary to truly meet with God. Extended time is needed to focus, listen, and enter into corporate worship. This allows the Lord to tear down walls, restore, reconcile, and bring about true unity amid great diversity.

What To Bring

Prayer Summits are informal, so please dress casually. Since there will be opportunity for you to walk the grounds and meditate, you'll need a coat and comfortable walking shoes. Bedding and towels are provided. Bring your Bible, personal items, and a heart hungry to seek the Lord.

Activities

We will pray and respond to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Other than meal times, the schedule is flexible and open to the prompting of the Spirit. There will be time to seek the Lord alone, in small groups, and as a group at large.

Facilitators

Facilitators will be provided by International Renewal Ministries, formerly a part of Multnomah Bible College and Biblical Seminary in Portland, Oregon. IRM has facilitated over 1100 Prayer Summits; their facilitating team will help us stay focused during the Summit. (There is no speaker.)

The Location

The Summit begins as participants meet in their respective communities and travel together to the Summit. The travel time is an important part of the four-day Summit, which will be held at the Green Lake Conference Center.
